Custom Washer Applications
The custom pre-treatment spray washer is designed for pre-treating various metal or plastic substrates as part of the process in a wet paint or powder coat finishing system. When a part needs to be cleaned prior to coating, the custom pre-treatment parts washer can be applied. This includes a wide range of part sizes, pre-treatment chemistry requirements, and temperatures. Our washers have been utilized in finishing systems for small parts and parts as tall as 16’ (4.88 m) as long as 50’ (15.24 m) , and parts 8’ (2.44 m) tall x 8’ (2.44 m) wide.
